All operations in Soya Group conduct active and long-term sustainability work. Goals and strategies are prepared and concretized within each company, but the work follows a number of important Group-wide principles:
All environmental work is based on a holistic perspective. It is important for us to be forerunners and to demonstrate to others what can be achieved.
Everyone shall work with upstream solutions. This means that we strive to solve the source of any problem so as not to cause new problems.
Everyone shall contribute to sustainable development by optimising resource use and reducing environmental impact in each business.
All environmental work is based on the principle of continual improvement. Environmental work shall be integrated with the other strategic business objectives of each company.
Precisely how the work should be done and how long each business has come is accounted for by the respective company.
