Our view on sustainability

We aim to build properties with the utmost concern for the environment. Our property management should be conducted in a long-term sustainable manner, and we sincerely believe that we can contribute to making our business and society more sustainable.

Wallfast and Hässelby Hem conduct an active environmental work with the ambition to reduce our environmental impact in the long run. It is natural to us to be certified according to ISO 14001 and have been so since 2002.

Property management is per se a long-term action. We want the houses to be as sound and healthy to live in even 50 years from now. And to manage your property well is both an investment financially as well as environmentally.

Wallfast AB

Owns and manages residential and commercial properties in the larger Stockholm area. 1,500 apartments in the central parts of Stockholm are owned and managed by Wallfast AB, as well as some 42,000 m² commercial properties in Stockholm and Skåne. Environmental certification ISO 14001 since 2002.
